A semiconductor memory device including an input device is provided to rapidly develop a product by monitoring an internal signal through an external pin after packaging. A semiconductor memory device including an input device comprises the followings: a pad(120) for receiving an external signal through an external pin; a reference voltage pad(160) for receiving an external reference voltage through the external pin; an internal reference voltage generating unit(300) for generating a generation reference voltage; a reference voltage supplying unit(400) for outputting to the internal reference voltage by selecting one among the external reference voltage and the generation reference voltage; a buffer(220) for converting an output signal of a first pad into an internal voltage level; and a signal selection unit(500) for controlling an internal signal though the reference voltage pad.
