A health insole is provided, which enhances the absorption rate of sweat, removes foot smell, and prevents and cures the athlete's foot etc by using component of wood vinegar and charcoal. A health insole(1) is constituted as follows. In one side of the cotton cloth(2) to be cut in the sole shape, a coating layer(3) is formed in the diamond pattern form etc by applying mixture compound prepared by mixing the activated charcoal in which the charcoal and wood vinegar are mixed and dried and the PVC solution at a ratio of 1:1. The cotton cloth is cut according to the sole shape. A periphery band(4) is sewn to the edge portion of the cotton cloth. |
