A salt substitute(ATL80S) is provided to reduce the used amount of sodium chloride while maintaining salty taste. A method for preparing salt substitute(ATL80S) of low natrium salt comprises a step for weighing ammonium chloride, low sweet sugar, strengthening base, tapioca preparation starch, calcium tertiary phosphate and lemon concentrate; a step for heating the weighed materials at 100‹C for 1 hour; a step for vacuum drying the materials at the low temperature for a long time (10 hours); a step for pulverizing the dried powder; and a packaging step. |
