The invention relates to the wind-driven power plants, particularly to windmills with airflow concentrator and turbine with vertical rotor. The windmill comprises an airflow concentrator and a turbine with vertical rotor. The concentrator is equipped with vertical walls, placed at an angle with each other. Into each wall of the concentrator and into each blade of the turbine it is made at least a vent with the possibility of opening on both sides. The vents may be made with horizontal, inclined or vertical axis of rotation.
