An imaging device, a camera module and a mobile terminal apparatus are provided to install a diffraction optical element in a imaging surface of an imaging element to correct chromatic aberration occurring in an imaging lens of the diffraction optical element. An imaging element(11) outputs an imaging signal according to an optical image. A diffraction optical element(GC) is installed in an imaging surface of the imaging element. The diffraction optical element includes a parallel flat plate. A diffraction structure is at least in one side of the diffraction optical element.
