A print head and roller elevating apparatus of a card printer is provided to prevent the movement of the roller and the print head from interfering with the advancing of a card input to be printed. A print head and roller elevating apparatus of a card printer comprises a print head(130) which is prepared within a body and print character or drawing on a card by using the film supplied, an input roller(160) and an eject roller(170) which are prepared in the front and back sides of the print head to transfer the card, a first pressing piece(110) combined with the print head and ascending/descending the print head, a second pressing piece(120) moving the input roller and the eject roller up and down, and a cam which pressurizes the first and second pressing pieces to operate.
