A bushing assembly is disclosed and includes a bushing that can have an outer surface and an inner surface that can define an opening. The bushing can be configured to fit into a bore and receive a shaft through the opening. An engagement torque, T, between bushing and the shaft does not increase more than twenty-five percent as an interference fit between the bushing and the bore increases. The interference fit can be quantified by a reduction in outer radius, I, by at least 0.025mm. |
