<p>The invention relates to pharmacology and medicine, in particular to a novel generation of controlled-activity antimicrobial preparations which are based on rifabutin and contain nanoparticles. The inventive method for producing said agent consists in heating the rifabutin, milk and glycol acid copolymer, D-mannitol, polysorbate 80 and dimethylsulphoxide mixture at a determined ratio to a temperature of 50-60°C, in stirring said mixture until a homogeneous transparent liquid is formed and in cooling said liquid to a room temperature. The thus produced suspension, the size of nanoparticles of which is ~ of 200-400 nm, after having been diluted with water, can be put to good use. Said medicinal agent exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and is in practice non-toxic.</p> |
