The part (4) has a cooling module (5), and a subframe (3) arranged in a body. A retainer (6) is provided at a distance from the subframe in a driving direction of a motor vehicle and connects the cooling module to the subframe. The retainer has a guideway (12), which is guided from a lower side of the cooling module upto a lower side of the subframe. The guideway is suitably inclined and arranged towards the driving direction. A retaining pin (13) fastens the cooling module to the retainer, which is screwed with the subframe.
