A sealing apparatus of a container is provided, which has the structure that a thermal plate moves upward and downward to thermally attach a sealing film to the brim of the inlet of the container. A sealing apparatus of a container consists of: a base(210) in which the container is put; a presser portion(220) in which a thermal plate is formed on the bottom and presses a sealing film; and a lifting unit(230) connecting the base and the presser portion to move the press portion up and down. The back-end of the presser portion hinges on the back-end of the horizontal link in a direction that the front of the presser portion moves upward and downward.
