An OLED display and driving method thereof is provided to enhance image quality by improving a malfunction of an emission driver circuit due to increase of leakage current of a switch device. In an OLED display and driving method thereof, a plurality of gate lines(GL1) and plurality of emission lines(EL1) are formed in the display panel. An emission driver circuit includes a plurality of inverters successively supplying an emission pulse(EP1) having the reverse phase of a scan pulse. In the inverter, a low gate inverting unit(142) reverses a scan pulse of the low level and generates the emission pulse of the high level, and a high gate inverting unit(144) reverses a scan pulse of the high level and generates the emission pulse of the low level. A stabilizing unit(148) stabilizes the output of the emission pulse having low level by forming a discharge path of the leakage current flowed through a low gate inverting unit during supply of high level scan pulse.
