A camera module, a testing device thereof and a testing method thereof are provided to evaluate imaging performance of the camera module easily, thereby improving productivity of a camera module package. Receiving portions in which a camera module(100) is received are on an upper surface of a camera module package testing apparatus. A jig(300) includes a probe pin connected to an electrode pad for a test formed on a camera module bottom surface in the receiving portion. An image processing apparatus receives an image signal outputted from a camera module by receiving a signal of the probe pin. A monitor(200) displays an image analyzed in the image processing apparatus to evaluate imaging performance of the camera module.
