An oyster mushroom culture medium and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the income of farmhouse and to reduce man power, time and costs required in the sterilization and fermentation of the culture medium. A method for manufacturing an oyster mushroom culture medium comprises a culture medium material preparation step(S100) for preparing for the materials comprising the culture medium; an inoculation step(S200) for inoculating the Pleuotus ostreatus germ in the culture medium; a cultivation step(S300) for cultivating the Pleuotus ostreatus germ in the culture medium; a growing step(S400); and a harvesting step(S500).
