Provided is a memo board which can be used in a state that the memo board is easily adhered to a monitor edge or a refrigerator just as a sticker is adhered. A memo board comprises: a synthetic resin plate(2); two cutout parts(4) oppositely formed in a "U" shape on a central portion of the front side of the synthetic resin plate; and a double-sided tape or an adhesive formed on both side portions on the back side of the synthetic resin plate except a central portion thereof so as to easily adhere the memo board to a computer monitor edge(1) just as a sticker is adhered. The lower cutout parts are opened as scissors when lower cutout parts(5) are slightly pushed to the outer side after forming the cutout parts using a wooden knife. Scratch papers can be easily inserted into spaces between the synthetic resin plate and the lower cutout parts.
