A concrete transfer apparatus is provided to reduce the cost of construction by transferring concrete to an ultra-high-rise or high building and having a convenient structure for administration, to restrain a change in the property of concrete while transferring concrete, to reduce the danger of freezing or creeping concrete by the conditions of the outside air such as temperature, to exclude the danger of scattering concrete to the surroundings by damaging a conveying pipe, to clean easily and to have no concern about the blocking of a conveying pipe. A concrete transfer apparatus comprises a housing unit(100) having an outer side formed continuously and an opening and shutting module and a transverse membrane to house concrete inward, a guide unit(200) transferring the housing unit upward and downward, and a driving unit(300) supplying driving force to the guide unit.
