A vehicle steering wheel cover heater system is provided to make the operator's hand warm when the operator grasps the steering wheel. A vehicle steering wheel cover heater system is comprised of the temperature sensor part recognizing clearly the body temperature of man and the steering wheel cover. The temperature sensor is adhered to the steering wheel cover. The body temperature of user is recognized clearly and the heat is generated when the operator grasps the wheel.
