A USB mini fan is provided to cool the heat generated from a computer in use, and to be used as a hand-held electric fan by using the built-in rechargeable battery. A USB mini fan comprises a fan blade(1) blowing the wind, a body(2) connected to the fan blade, a holder(3) supporting the fan blade and the body, and a power cable(4) and a USB connector(5) which supply the power in order to drive the fan. A rechargeable battery is built in the fan so that the fan is charged when not in use.
