A learning method of language and words by a semantics approach method and a testing method of foreign language proficiency for each step are provided to create own expression, thereby promoting a learner to get thinking power and an initiative spirit. A configuration method of a semantics approach method database divides an expression structure of a sentence into an expression structure of a state and an expression structure of an operation in a method for learning language in a database(10). The expression structure of the state stores data which is a process divided into an expression structure of a noun and an expression structure of a special noun. The expression structure of the noun stores data of the process divided into an expression structure of a number noun and an expression structure of an amount noun. |
