Ready-to-cook foods are widely used by both absolutely healthy people and people suffering from certain diseases, the respective prescriptions containing products allowed for consumption or having a healing effect with a view to the disease. The food is intended to replace pasta products as well as white bread. The foodstuff according to the utility model is based on cereals in the form of flour,as well as oilseed crops and nuts in the following amounts: flours û 0.30 to 0.500 g; grains and nuts û 0.10 to 0.50 g; flavouring spices û 0.05 to 0.20 g; and water. Vegetables may be added to the mixture before baking. The flours may be made of different types of ground or crushed grains, such as wheat, rye, corn, rice, sesame, soya and bean products. Vegetables may be added to the flours after mixing them. Mixing is carried out with water, then yeast and flavouring spices are added, and after that the dough is subjected to baking. Sesame bread is used in the case of anaemia and osteoporosis. The cereal products are rye, wheat, graham, corn, rice, bean flours. The bean flours are chickpea, soybean, etc. The vegetables are subjected to drying, milling to a size suitable to place in different combinations of grain and cereal products. Seeds are sesame, poppy, sunflower, and oilseeds. They are shelled, dried and ground and then ready for mixing. Nuts are almonds, walnuts, peanuts. They are shelled and ground to a certain size and then ready for mixing. The food contains no preservatives and can be packed. |
