<p>The invention relates to a process for rendering burnt gases from diesel engines innocuous. According to the invention, the process for rendering burnt gases innocuous consists of the chemical absorbtion of particles such as solid particles of soot, nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides, aldehydes, in an absorbing solution of water or alkaline solution type, such as a solution of Na2CO3, of 1%, in an absorbtion device provided between the outlet gallery and the burnt gas delivery tube, from diesel engines, of the means of transportation used in open spaces, including mines.</p> |
