<p>The invention relates to an apparatus with piston for sampling fluids from a shallow well or a deap sea lead, in the existing pressure and temperature conditions at the mentioned depth. According to the invention, the apparatus with piston for sampling fluid from wells provides the transfer of the fluid sample into the laboratory installation, by using a transfer fluid, without contaminating the sample, in that at the lower part of the collecting chamber (A), inside the shell (1) and outside a closing rod (11), there is provided a free annular piston (6), which has the possibility of displacement on the vertical, inside the collecting chamber (A), between a nipple (3) at the lower side of the collecting chamber (A) and a spacer (60) mounted at the upper side of another nipple (2) and at the upper part of the collecting chamber (A), the displacement of the free piston (6) occurring both in relation to an interior surface of the shell (1) and in relation to an exterior surface of the closing rod (11), under the action of a transfer fluid. The closing assembly (B) consists of the closing rod (11), provided with a coaxial orifice (i), continued by some horizontal perforations (j), integral with a screw (12) mounted inside a cap nut (13) and in a reducing socket (14) integral with an upper piston (15) provided with some horizontal perforations (k and l), with a coaxial orifice (m), with a transverse orifice (n), with a lateral orifice (o) and a transverse orifice (p) which may be closed or opened by a valve (19), and in the upper end of the upper piston (15) there are mounted a reducing socket (16) and a pressure transducer (17), which allows to measure the pressure of the collected fluid sample. The closing assembly (B) maintains the apparatus opened up to the introduction into the well, through a coil spring (31), precompressedly mounted, under a lower end of the closing rod (11).</p> |
