A method for coating an oxide film on an aluminium heat roller for a laser printer is provided to use a plasma anodizing processed heat roller comprised of one oxide film which enhances abrasion resistance and voltage withstanding as a non conductive anodizing processed heat roller in order to prevent breakage of an image and down of a machine due to conduction caused by abrasion and scratch. An aluminium heat roller(40) is used in fusing units of a copy machine or a laser printer. The aluminium heat roller forms liquid plasma(57) to form an oxide film(55) in alkali solution(58) to prevent conduction and abrasion. A rectifier applies a current of high voltage pulse waveform(56) to generate the liquid plasma.
