<p>The invention relates to a device for fixing solid wood parquetry slats to be mounted on supports made of wooden material, chipboards, plywood or wood scantlings, by using nails, in narrow spaces or places close to the room walls, where hammers cannot be used. According to the invention, the device for fixing parquetry slats comprises a base plate (1) which fixes the parquetry slat to be mounted, on which the carriage (2) slides up to the contact with a fixed vertical surface, and which is centrally provided with a rack engaging with the toothed wheel (7) of a pawl lever (8), so that the relative motion between the carriage (2) and the base plate (1) allows the parquet slats to be fixed, the claimed device being characterized in that the toothed wheel (7) is mounted on a shaft (6) provided with some resilient elements (11) meant to lock the toothed wheel (7) on the rack of the sliding carriage (2) in the slat fixing position, by means of the rotation of a rod (10) mounted on the free end of the shaft (6).</p> |
