<p>The invention relates to a process of recovery purification of cobalt ions from residual solutions. According to the invention, the process consists, in a first stage, in extracting the cobalt ions as cobalt oxalate dihydrate, under the following optimal reaction conditions: the cobalt molar concentration within the residual solution>0.02, the solution pH=3, excess oxalic acid of 100% and the reaction temperature of 70A C; further on, the cobalt oxide is obtained by the thermal decomposition of the resulting cobalt oxalate, at a temperature of 260...320A C.</p> |
