Provided are an optical sheet, a filter including the same, and an image display device including the sheet or the filter. The optical sheet includes a light transmission portion in which a plurality of grooves spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals are formed; and a plurality of external light absorption portions, respectively formed in the grooves, comprising a light absorbing material, wherein a surface of each of the external light absorption portions and a corresponding surface of the light transmission portion respectively have a surface roughness SR220 and a surface roughness SR210, wherein the surface roughness SR220 of the external light absorption portions is greater than the surface roughness SR210 of the corresponding surface of the light transmission portion. Therefore, the optical sheet, the filter including the same, and the image display device including the sheet or the filter can reduce ghost images and prevent the occurrence of the Moiré phenomenon by having excellent adhesive force, and can maintain high resolution and have an improved electromagnetic wave shielding effect by having a relatively high contrast ratio.
