A PVC valve equipped in the engine is provided in which the clogging of a channel does not occur although strong minus pressure is applied and does not occupy space in mounting. A PVC valve comprises a cover(110) in which an inlet port is formed; a body(120), assembled to the cover, in which a vent is formed; a channel, formed inside the cover and the body, connected through an inlet and an outlet; a valve body which is arranged inside the channel and opens and closes the inlet port; an orifice member(130), interposed in the combination side of the body and cover, and in which a channel groove connected to the channel is formed; and an elastic member(150) supplying elastic force in order for a valve body with its inlet open to shut off the inlet.
