Disclosed is a monoclonal antibody which has a heavy chain variable region containing amino acid sequences depicted in SEQ ID NOs:74, 76 and 78 and a light chain variable region containing amino acid sequences depicted in SEQ ID NOs:80, 82 and 84. The monoclonal antibody can be used as a cancer therapeutic agent which acts selectively on a cancer tissue of non-small lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer or the like. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
