An air conditioning device blowing ground heat and ground humidity using environment-friendly waste tire is provided to facilitate temperature rise and thus demonstrate prominent energy reduction efficiency by forcing air containing ground humidity proper to an organism inside a building. An air conditioning device blowing ground heat and ground humidity using waste tire forces air from an air blower(3) to an air blower(7) at an air inlet(2) of the tip of a transfer pipe connected to one side of an air conditioning chamber(5) and activates an air blowing device consisting an air blower and a hot air blast, and blows geothermal and ground humidity inside a building and thus heats inside a building in winter season. The air conditioning device cuts off supply of heat from the air blower included inside an blowing device, and cools inside the building by activating an air blower alone.
