FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: aeration contains body, inside of which there are located screen and shaft, and rotary shaft drive, located outside of body. Body is installed above conveyor belt with sand blend. Shaft is rotated along-track direction of conveyor track. On shaft there are affixed curved blades, which grip molding sand from belt and throw it away to screen, implemented from pointed lath. Under conveyor track in area of shave of shaft blade to conveyor track it is mounted rolling battery, preventing caving in of belt. Central roller of battery is located at the same vertical axis as shaft. ^ EFFECT: shaft leavening agent effectiveness increase and design simplification of aeration. ^ 3 dwg |
