FIELD: tobacco goods. ^ SUBSTANCE: treatment technique provides introduction of extract solution, which is received by means of natural tobacco material extraction by water extractive solvent, in contact to polymer, containing in its side chain functional group, which captures metals ions, magnesium at least. Manufacturing method of restored tobacco material includes natural tobacco material extraction by water solvent. Introduction of extract solvent in contact to polymer, containing in its side chain functional group, which captures metals ions, including magnesium at least. Receiving of restored tobacco linen with usage of extraction remains. Addition at least part of extract solvent to restored tobacco linen.
