FIELD: food processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: potatoes, parsley root, onions and apples are cut, parboiled and chopped with grinding machine. Fresh green peas, dill are frozen and grinded, goose hearts are chopped with grinding machine. The above-mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, drinking water, salt, CO2-extracts of chilly pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish. |
