METHOD OF ORTHOPEDIC TREATMENT OF DYSFUNCTIONS OF TEMPORAL MANDIBULAR JOINTS WITH SLANTING OCCLUSAL PLANE

FIELD: medicine; odontology. ^ SUBSTANCE: at the first stage the plastic kappa is installed with sloping plane on the lowered teeth side - on all the chewing teeth and on frontal teeth up to the opposite side canine. Gradually plastic is put by layers along the chewing teeth of the top jaw which are moved downwards, thus reaching the 2-3 mm deocclusive cleft of chewing teeth from one side during the contact of all the chewing teeth with the antagonists from another side. At the second stage plastic kappa is made and installed on the whole dentition of the top jaw for 2 months. At the third stage the orthodontic apparatus is imposed on mandible teeth and the inclined teeth are aligned in vertical position. ^ EFFECT: ensuring of shortened mandible branch growth, restoration of didymous masseters contraction synchronism. ^ 1 ex, 10 dwg
