FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: filter contains casing, in which tubular membrane elements are installed, cover with cavity, bottom, sealants and nozzle for supply of cleaned water. The novelty is the fact that filter is equipped with guide elements and piston made in the form of movable tubular grid with openings for membrane elements and formed with two metal plates, between which intermediate plate is provided, guide elements are arranged in the form of pins, ends of which are fixed in immovable tubular grids, at that additional openings for guide elements are available in plates, as well as nozzles for concentrate discharge and additional nozzle for supply of cleaned water. Guide elements are arranged in the form of polished metal pins. Openings in intermediate plate are arranged in cross section with triangular profile, at that angle edge of mentioned openings is adjacent to external surface of membrane elements with gap of delta=0.2-0.3 micrometer. ^ EFFECT: higher extent of membrane element surface cleaning during long-term operation. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
