FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely paediatrics, and can be applied as an objective treatment efficiency monitoring method in bronchial asthma (BA) suffering children. Efficiency monitoring method is proposed for neurogenic inflammation in BA suffering children, treated with hypoxy-hypobarotherapy, based on substance P neuropeptides dynamics in blood serum. For this purpose blood serum assay is performed; neurohumoral regulation indices are evaluated by substance P levels before and after the course of therapy; if the value has significantly lowered, compared to initial level before barotherapy course, neurogenic inflammation intensity is considered as reduced. ^ EFFECT: providing objective evaluation of hypoxy-hypobarotherapy efficiency for neurogenic inflammation in BA suffering children. ^ 3 ex
