FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes strip installation in reeler drum, pressing of external turns of roll with shaping rollers and strip winding with application of circumferential force from shaping roller to external turn of roll, at that prior to strip installation on reeler drum, bushing is additionally installed, and internal and external diameter of bushing are determined according to the following ratios: DR=(1.0034/1.0068).Dint.bush. Dext.bush.=(1.003/1.085).Dint.bush., where DR - diameter of reeler, mm; Dint.bush. - internal diameter of bushing, mm; Dext.bush. - external diameter of bushing, mm. ^ EFFECT: protection of internal turns against bends, lower number of rejected strips and increase of proper rolled metal output. |
