FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for spraying of liquids, solutions, and may be used in propulsion engineering, chemical, food and light industries. Acoustic nozzle contains casing with generator of acoustic oscillations installed inside in the form of nozzle and resonator, and tube for supply of sprayer agent and fluid. Casing is arranged in the form of glass with bottom, with generator of acoustic oscillations installed inside casing in the form of hollow rod with wedge slot and nozzle, at that liquid is supplied to annular clearance arranged between external surface of resonator and internal surface of nozzle, at that channel for liquid supply is installed tangentially to internal surface of glass and is arranged in the form of rectangular slot, at that air is supplied through nozzle in casing and resonator opening, and then it arrives to at least one wedge slot located at the angle in respect to resonator axis, at that angle value lies within the optimal range of values: 30°/60°, and in annular slot between internal surface of glass and external surface of resonator helical guiding device is installed, which helps to create vortex flow of liquid that is supplied along channel. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
