FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: injection is carried out, in therapeutically effective dose, of estrogen, or its prodrug, or mixed estrogen/androgen compound, in some cases, combined with estrogen receptor selective modulator (ERSM). As ERSM compounds of similar structure are applied, where: R1 and R2 are chosen from hydrogen, hydroxyl, or radical that in vivo is converted to hydroxyl; Z is none or chosen from -CH2-, -O-, -S-, and -NR3-; R100 is bivalent radical of 4 to 10 intermediate atoms; L is chosen from -SO-, -CON-, -N<, and -SON<; G1 is chosen from hydrogen, C1-C5-hydrocarbon, radical that together with G2 and L forms 5-7-membered heterocyclic ring, and halogen or unsaturated derivatives of previous substitute; G3 is chosen from hydrogen, methyl, and ethyl.
