The dispenser has a slide (30) whose face part (31) closes a bottom opening (12) of a cylindrical receptacle (10) in a position. The face part is partially offset from the receptacle, and a face part (32) of the slide partially closes the opening in another position. An application unit (50) applies friction force at a point (51) located outside the receptacle, where the force has a component defined along a given direction (Dd) and oriented in another direction opposite to passage of the slide from the latter position to the former position.
