The device has an extraction cone (7), fixed below a storage unit (1) and drums (11a, 11b) arranged below the extraction cone, where each drum is equipped with fingers. The fingers are adapted to extract a product from the storage unit in a regulating manner from upstream towards downstream of the extraction cone. Counter fingers are integrated to the extraction cone. A plate is arranged in upstream of the drum for closing the extraction cone.
