A receiving device and a method thereof for cancelling interference signal are provided to improve conversion performance by removing interference signal when converting the signal into a digital signal due to a high pass filter in base band. A receiver(110) receives radio frequency signal including interference signal. A sampling unit(130) samples the radio frequency signal received from a receiver into a carrier frequency and produces the discrete time signal. A signal mixer(150) produces combined signal by using discrete time signal and discrete time signal filtered in a filter.
