A system for managing a traveler's bag and a service method thereof are provided to manage a bag easily, thereby effectively using traveling time. A system for managing a traveler's bag comprises a barcode output unit(100), a management server(200), a bag collection terminal(300), and a barcode reader(400). The barcode output unit is placed in the first bag repository. The barcode output unit issues a ticket in which a serial number, a flight number, a departure time and a barcode are recorded according to inputted information of a bag owner. The management server collects personal information, the first bag repository information, and barcode information recorded in the ticket. The management server analyzes the first bag repository location information by using the collected information. The bag collection terminal delivers the bag in the first bag repository to the second bag repository by using the analyzed location information. The barcode reader is placed in the second bag repository to which a bag is delivered. |
