An intermittent pumping equipment of a liquid container is provided to prevent solidification of liquid discharged, cut off air, and directly spout the liquid to a desired area. An intermittent pumping equipment of a liquid container comprises: a cylinder which is inserted into an upper opening of a container(10) filled with liquid, and on which a projection end(32) is formed such that the cylinder is removably attached to the container; an elastic cap(20) including an elastic deforming part(21) which is inserted into the upper opening of the container to close the opening, and which is elastically deformed to prevent the liquid from leaking when the projection end of the cylinder is inserted into the elastic cap; and a piston unit inserted into the cylinder and operated to flow in and out the liquid through the projection end.
