A method for preparing the green tea nutrition bap (boiled rice) is provided to supply various nutrients required for the growth of students and to prevent tooth-decay and obesity. A method for preparing the green tea nutrition bap comprises the steps of obtaining a green tea concentrated solution from the leaves of green tea; mixing the green tea concentrated solution with water in a ratio of 1:100~1:1,000 by weight to prepare a green tea solution; and adding the green tea solution to the bap-cooking water in a ratio of 1:30~1:70 by weight based on the weight of rice and cooking bap by heating it at 60~100 ‹C for 20-40 min. |
