The system (1) has a reception unit (6) for receiving a rod (2) along an axis (7), and a reception unit (8) with a sleeve (9) for receiving a rod (3) along an axis (12), where the units are associated to a support (5). The unit (8) has an axle spacing dispersion adjustment device (10) with elastomer elements (11) that are placed, between the support and the sleeve, on both sides of the sleeve along the axis (12), where the axis (12) is perpendicular to the axis (7) and inscribed in a plane defined by the rods. The elements adjust dispersion of an axle spacing (4) along the axis (12).
