An ash pulverizing apparatus is provided to reduce powdering cost, support material cost, and environmental pollution source-retreatment cost by decreasing operation manhour and load according to powdering of ash and increasing operation efficiency. An ash pulverizing apparatus comprises: a supply line(10) housing the accumulated ash in a storage tank after accumulating ash generated and collected during the combustion of coal; a calcination line(20) supplying ash from the storage tank to a rotary kiln by a conveyor to remove carbon from the ash; a mixing line(30) supplying the ash from the storage tank or rotary kiln to a distribution tank and mixing a binder with the ash; and a pulverizing line(40) supplying the ash from the storage tank or distribution tank to a vibration pulverizer to pulverize and transfer the ash.
