Transparent cosmetic composition comprises: polyester (0.1-70 wt.%) obtained by reacting polyol containing 3-6 hydroxyl group, non-aromatic monocarboxylic acid, aromatic monocarboxylic acid, and polycarboxylic acid containing 2 carboxylic acid group and/or cyclic anhydride of polycarboxylic acid; oil (1-90 wt.%); and gelling agent of the oil (0.01-50 wt.%).
