The chamber (1) has a reservoir (10) defining a reception volume (11), and rails (14) made inside the volume on a base wall (13). Closing units (20) comprise hinge units assembled in co-operation between an edge of a shutter (21) and a side wall of the reservoir in a manner that the shutter rotately takes two positions. An opening (12) is partially sealed and released, and the hinge units consist of a flexible membrane having thickness lesser than thickness of the shutter and the side wall of the reservoir. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a liquid sample receiving chamber.
