A tunnel washing machine is provided to promote the safety of a worker against the existing manual work, to prevent traffic accidents or health problems or problems on stability caused by a long time work for washing a tunnel, and to secure a smooth traffic by shortening working hours remarkably in comparison with the manual work. A tunnel washing machine comprises a rotary washing brush(130) making contact with an internal wall of a tunnel(110), and rotating and washing off the internal wall of the tunnel, a frame assembly(140) supporting the rotary washing brush, a rotary drive unit(150) coupled to the frame assembly and rotating the rotary washing brush, many injection nozzles coupled to the frame assembly to inject washing water or detergent to the internal wall of the tunnel, and a location adjustment device varying the location of the rotary washing brush against a vehicle.
