A broadcast receiver and a broadcast program providing method using the same are provided to display information of a currently broadcasting program and a program to be broadcast next time together on a screen. Guide information with regard to a broadcast program is received and stored(127). When a specific key is input from a user when watching a broadcast program, information of a currently broadcasting program and a program to be broadcast is detected. The information of the currently broadcasting program and the program to be broadcast is displayed on a part of a screen that the user currently watches(137). |
