Wormwood concentrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the intrinsic bitter taste of wormwood while maintaining nutrient of wormwood by adding supplementary material to wormwood and pressure-reducing concentrating. A manufacturing method of wormwood concentrate comprises a step for obtaining extracts by putting the mixture consisting of wormwood 75.7 weight%, polygoni multiflori radix 3.7 weight%, acanthopanacis cortex 3.7 weight%, angelicae gigantis radix 3.7 weight%, cnidii rhizoma 2.7 weight%, rubi fructus 2.7 weight%, zizyphi fructus 2.7 weight%, cassiae semen 1.7 weight%, atractylodis rhizoma alba 1.7 weight% and glycyrrhizae radix 1.7 weight% with water into an extractor; a step for putting the extract into a condensing device and concentrating it; a step for mixing the condensed products 42 weight%, low Sugar 42.4 weight%, oligosaccharide 10 weight%, dextrin 2.5 weight%, honey 1 weight%, niacin amide 0.3 weight%, glycine 0.1 weight%, stevioside 0.05 weight%, pectin 0.5 weight%, polydextrose 0.8 weight% and grapefruit extract 0.35 weight%; and a step for heating and sterilizing the mixture at 90‹C for 1 hour. |
